Dimensional drawings have always represented the first contact point between the manufacturing company and the customer. It is thanks to them that the customer can verify the overall and/or connection dimensions of the product and obtain all the information necessary for including it in a project.

However, though the connection between dimensional drawings and technical drawings is obvious, it is rare for one to think that it is possible to simultaneously rationalise and integrate their management, and the use of parallel ways is preferred to finding a point of intersection.

The "Interactive Dimensional Drawings" module originates precisely as a meeting point between these two worlds.
With it you can obtain a self-dimensioning drawing starting from the related 3D model. There are many advantages to this:

Rationalisation - As the data is obtained directly from the technical drawings, the time required for verifying the dimensional drawings is drastically reduced, though practically total uniformity of the information is still guaranteed.

Updates - As the dimensional drawings are generated in real time on the basis of the 3D models, when the latter are updated the corresponding dimensional drawings will also be automatically updated;

Costs - The advantage of all this is a reduction in costs, as all the resources previously utilised for synchronising the models and dimensional drawings are drastically reduced and can be more properly used.
