The
TETRASERVICE system is an integrated modular product that allows
easy management of the services provided by companies to their customers.
Every aspect of Customer Service can be managed by means of the
TETRASERVICE modules. CAD 3D models and CAD 2D drawings, dimensional
drawings, product catalogues and spare parts catalogues are the
types of service for which TETRASERVICE is ideal and offers its
support thanks to the following integrable modules:
The
Basic System
Optional modules:
Technical Data
Selection - This lets you define a specific product
on the basis of the requested performance and morphological configurations.
It can receive data from the "Applications Calculation"
module;
Applications Calculation
- Makes available the calculations assisted by a number of applications
in order to arrive at product selection;
Bill of Materials
- The bill of materials is generated (in real time, so forget
all those files made up of thousands of bills of material!) with
the designation obtained through the selection module;
Parametric Drawings
- New models can be generated and managed with our parameterisation
software, which simplifies and speeds up the generation procedure
(the creation, addition and updating of models is done by editing
the tabular data, thus making the process manageable even by personnel
lacking previous 3D CAD experience);
Interactive Dimensional
Drawings - From the 3D model assembled by the special
module, the desired dimensions are measured and made available
in tabular form for verification or in dynamic form on a vectorial
drawing, which can be viewed directly on the web and printed;
Dynamic Documentation
- On the basis of the selection made, customised documentation
of the selected product (technical data, lubrication, plug position,
etc.) is generated, paginated and made available in digital form
(PDF) or for printing;
Spare Parts Management
- Two options are possible. The first is the availability of traditional
spare parts tables (existing two-dimensional exploded views) to
which the numeric references of the components are associated
for the correct identification of the spare part code and the
selection of the individual components, sub-assemblies or assembly
kits.
The second entails the use of 3D assemblies, in which it is possible
to select the desired component (or kit) or implement interactive
animation that will visually describe the assembly procedure.
